A comprehensive ERP and logistics ecosystem designed for the meal-kit diet segment. The "Luncher" project is not just a website; it is the digital backbone of the company, managing the entire order lifecycle — from personalized meal preparation in the kitchen to doorstep delivery. The system processes thousands of unique combinations of ingredients, weights, and allergies, generating precise production sheets every morning to eliminate staff error rates.
A key innovation is the logistics module built on PWA (Progressive Web App) technology. Every driver is equipped with a powerful terminal replacing expensive native apps. The module features fully automated route planning with algorithmic stop optimization, integrated navigation, and real-time payment management. Thanks to asynchronous communication via SMS and email gateways, customers are kept constantly informed, while automated progress tracking (e.g. weekly weight logging) increases customer retention and engagement.
